How long does it take to get an order delivered ?
For products that are in stock, the usual delivery time will be 3-5 days. Unless otherwise agreed (for example when pre-ordering products that are not in stock or carpets), you will receive the goods no later than 30 working days after we have confirmed the order in writing with an order confirmation. If the goods have not been received within this time, you should contact customer service within 30 working days from the order date. As the production of tapestries takes longer, these will have a normal delivery time of between 4-8 weeks. For custom-made posters, these will have a delivery time of 2-4 weeks. These delivery times apply unless otherwise agreed or informed
Do you offer frames together with the posters ?

For now, the posters can only be bought without a frame. We make the posters in standard frame sizes, so there will be no problem finding a suitable frame.

Which payment methods can I use ?

Lokalplakat.no uses Vipps and Visa for payment. You will not be charged card fees for purchases.

What do I do if my poster is damaged during delivery ?

If you discover damage to the delivered product, we want you to contact us as soon as possible by sending the order number and a picture of the damage by e-mail. We ourselves take a picture of the poster before it is sent from us, in order to know whether the error has occurred with us or afterwards. As a consumer, you have the right to complain for 24 months from the purchase. If your complaint is justified, you will be sent a new item, get your money back, or receive a price reduction. The complaint must come "within a reasonable time" after the error has been discovered. Two months from when the defect was discovered or should have been discovered is considered a reasonable time. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember to keep the receipt, so that we can reimburse your (reasonable) return costs. You are always welcome to contact customer service if you wish to give feedback on an item you have purchased from us.

Can I request my own motif on the poster ?

On the website, we have a separate wish list, where you as a customer can submit your wishes and suggestions for local motifs that you would like us to make a poster of. This is only a wish list, and does not mean that motivation will automatically be made into a poster, but we want to know what wishes people have and take this into account when new posters are made. But if you have your own picture or a dear place that you would like to have on the wall or want to give away, we offer custom-made posters. The posters are made in the designer's style, but there will be contact between you as the customer and the designer, so that you can take part in the process. Here it will be possible to provide input on colors and highlights if desired. You have the opportunity to revise a started poster a maximum of two times.

When you order products from lokalplakat.no, the following terms and conditions apply. When purchasing at lokalplakat.no, you as a customer accept all general conditions. Lokalplakat.no complies with, among other things, the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority's standard conditions of sale.

These general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer ("you") place an order via www.lokalplakat.no. An agreement is entered into between you and the company behind Lokal Plakat: Draum Design AS, organization number 917 760 322 (the website).

Ordering

To make a purchase on lokalplakat.no, you must accept the terms. By doing this, you undertake to comply with the terms in their entirety, while at the same time confirming that you have read the information on personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with lokalplakat.no privacy policy.

A purchase agreement only comes into force when we confirm your order and you have received an order confirmation by e-mail. We recommend that you keep this order confirmation for any future contact with customer service. You have the option to cancel the order until it has been confirmed by e-mail. If you cancel the order, any payments you have made in connection with the order will be refunded. To be able to order from lokalplakat.no, you must be 18 years old.

Delivery and Shipping

Products that are in stock are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. If the goods have not been received within this time, you should contact customer service within 30 working days from the order date.

The expected delivery time for the item is shown in the order confirmation, in the checkout and/or on the product page on the website. If the delivery takes more than 30 working days through no fault of yours as the customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase, unless otherwise specifically agreed. Delivery of carpets and personalized posters will be part of a special agreement.

Payment, Prices, and Fees

All amounts include VAT. We accept payment with Visa and Vipps. You will not be charged card fees.

The current price for all products is determined by the price at the time of ordering. Reservations are made for proofreading errors and technical errors, as well as events beyond lokalplakat.no's control. All posters will be packed in protective and sturdy cardboard. Unclaimed packages are sent back from the package supplier to us after approximately 14 days.

Note that lokalplakat.no does not sell frames, but the posters are made in standard frame sizes.

Campaigns and Offers

Lokalplakat.no may from time to time offer campaigns on the website which may have better terms than what appears in these terms, for example when it comes to price. These beneficial terms apply for as long as the promotion is active and for the specific goods indicated by the website in connection with the promotion. Lokalplakat.no reserves the right to withdraw such campaigns at any time. Upon termination or withdrawal of a campaign, these terms and conditions apply unchanged. Offers on specific items on the website are valid for a limited period and while stocks last.

Gift Cards

If you want to give someone a poster, but are not sure which one, we also offer the sale of gift cards.

The gift card is received as a digital gift card by e-mail, and can only be used once. The orderer is then responsible for passing on the gift card to the recipient. You can print the gift card yourself or send it by e-mail.

Expiry date: The gift card is valid for 12 months, and can only be used at lokalplakat.no.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you always have a 14-day right to cancel. This means that you can cancel your purchase by informing us by email within 14 days from the day you, or a representative, received the item. If the order consists of several parts that are delivered in batches, the cancellation period expires 14 days after you have received the last item. Right of withdrawal or exchange does not apply to personal posters, as these are specially adapted and printed to order.

The goods must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. If the item has clearly been used, lokalplakat.no reserves the right to deduct a sum from the refund. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send a clear message to kontakt@lokalplakat.no in the specified manner within 14 days. The message must contain your name, address and other relevant information, such as order number, invoice number and the name of the item.

You can return one or more items to us, even if they were purchased in one order. In the case of a return, the refund will take place within 14 days from registration of the return. Shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a refund. The money will be refunded to the same means of payment that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

You have 14 days to send the item back to us, after registered return. You must pay for the return shipment yourself, and you are responsible if the item is damaged during transport.

The right of withdrawal applies to goods that are not specially ordered. As such a poster will be unique and have a personal touch, such an order will be exempt from the right of cancellation.

The item must be returned in the same condition as when received, and in the same format in undamaged packaging, to ensure that the item is not damaged during the return.

Warranty and Claims

As a consumer, you have the right to complain if there is a defect in the product. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Two months is always considered a reasonable time. You can complain for up to two years from when you received the item, but if the item or parts of it are intended to last significantly longer, a complaint deadline of five years applies.

If the complaint is justified and the defect is not due to you as the buyer, you can demand that the defect be rectified or that you be sent a new item. If rectification or redelivery is not possible, you can instead claim a price reduction that reflects the item's reduced value. In cases where the defect is not resolved, and it is not insignificant, you can also cancel the purchase and get your money back.

When you return the item, it must be sent back in proper packaging, and we cover reasonable return costs if the complaint is justified. Remember to keep the receipt as documentation.

Custom-made

If you have a favorite place or picture you would like to have on the wall, it is possible to order costom-made posters or tapestries. The posters are made in the designer's style, but there will be an opportunity to provide input on colors and highlights if desired. You have the opportunity to revise a started poster a maximum of two times.

Costom-made posters will have a different price range than the standard posters, as this will be a customer-specific order, and a design work where there is only one piece. original work.

From ordering to delivery of posters, there will be a time of 2-4 weeks, unless otherwise agreed. It is reserved that delivery may take longer in case of high demand, the customer will be informed of any delays. Lokalplanet.no will strive to deliver within the standard delivery times.

As such a poster will be unique and have a personal touch, such an order will be exempt from the right of cancellation. Commenced work and orders are binding for both parties, and will not be refundable.

Applicable Law and Disputes

The website itself and all content on it is owned by Draum Design AS. The content is protected by, among other things, intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout, as well as information about products, services and other material cannot be copied or used without written permission from Draum Design AS.

Posters sold on lokalplakat.no may be designed using digital tools, allowing for posters to be revised or further detailed if necessary for visual optimization after being published on the website. Such optimization is primarily from a professional and technical standpoint and may be carried out by the poster's creator. Such changes do not entitle the customer to exchange the poster for a new one. By accepting the terms of use, the customer agrees to this.

Conflict Resolution

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. The buyer can contact the Consumer Council to get assistance in any dispute with the seller. If an amicable solution is not reached after mediation in the Consumer Council, the parties can request in writing that the Consumer Council refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee. ** Decisions of the Consumer Disputes Committee are legally binding four weeks after notification. Before the decision becomes final, the parties can, by submitting a summons to the Consumer Disputes Committee, bring the decision before the district court.
